Don't keep the Sea Cadets a secret!
WINTER TRAINING 2025

Get excited for winter training!
Check the Parent Portal for national training opportunities. Options for Recruit Training (RT) and Advanced Trainings (AT) during the winter break will be available. You may sign up your cadet and submit required documentation through the portal.

Cadets must complete RT to qualify for other trainings.

Remember that training is only one part of advancement in the program. You still need to complete your required coursework.
If you have any questions about what you still need to do to advance, talk with one of the adult leaders. The goal is for every cadet to advance as soon as possible for each rank.

Please consider supporting the Jake Garn Squadron as they participate in this year's Wreaths Across America event at the historic Fort Douglas theater and cemetery on
13 DEC 25. Contact your cadet or the unit directly to contribute to this important effort.

Alternatively, go to the website: https://wreathsacrossamerica.org/pages/150407 to sponsor wreaths that will directly support the unit.

Please note, the wreaths purchased will be placed by our cadets and other volunteers at the grave sites of fallen veterans at the cemetery, as part of the ceremony.

Thank you for your interest and support!
